Many of you know me as quite an avid Halo fan. I’ve beaten every game twice-over in Legendary (I wish that were a joke) and I know more than half of the lines for all three. Now, in today’s world action figures exist for anything that has graced the television screen. Hell, I found a Big Lebowski action figure set. And of course, there has always been Halo action figures. You could probably buy a Porsche with the money it would cost to purchase every set. But, I digress. I have never thought about purchasing a Halo figurine, despite my fandom, up until this new Halo 3 set. I don’t know if you’ve seen these, but hot damn. They’re quite remarkably detailed for the price of about $15. And who can say no to my personal favorite: the steel C.Q.B. Spartan. I don’t know about stability or usability, but I might seriously get one of these.
What do you guys think?

Your right, they are pretty detailed. I don’t know if I would buy one, but go ahead. Who knows, they might be worth something someday…

They are pretty awesome to look at but that’s really all you’ll do when you actually buy the thing so… That’s just what I think.

I’m an avid fan of McFarlane’s because their action figures and detail are excellent.
This figure FYI has over 18 points of articulation so is playable, poseable and collectible.
Also the armor is interchangeable between the different figures and with another two sets already in the pipieline there will be something for all Halo 3 fans, including 5 different types of Spartans, Brute Chief, Corona etc.
